Working with the diversity and inclusion division at New Relic, I was tasked with creating infographics for the upcoming company DE&I report.
First, I began by establishing a look and feel for the infographics. I wanted the graphics to have an organic look to better adhere to company branding, so I experimented with using different brush strokes and effects.
I next experimented with different ways to represent the data. Through rounds of feedback from the PeopleOps team, I worked to display the data in the most comprehensible and visually appealing way possible.
Note: due to last minute changes in the data, these graphic concepts were unable to be displayed in the final report
